Suite and one bedroom home options are available in our cottages (*limited availability). Either option includes access to the recreational area: 2 pools (May-October), tennis courts, Jacuzzi and fitness center.

The Suite is the front bedroom of the home with its own entry off the front porch. When rented, the bedroom is locked off from the main living areas and we never allow rental of the other portion of the home at the same time! The suites have: king bed, propane fireplace, mini-fridge, coffee maker, desk, wireless internet and tv.

A one bedroom rental consists of the master bedroom of a home (which typically have the best view) with access to the main living areas and back porch.

• MARCH THRU OCTOBER: available midweek (Sunday thru Thursday. Non-holiday) or last minute for weekends.

KING SUITE: $165 per night (No cleaning fee)

ONE BEDROOM COTTAGE: $240.00 per night ($125 cleaning/linen fee)

Prices do not include 12% tax.

• A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is due two weeks before arrival.
• A credit card number is held for damage to the premises or any extra cleaning.
• Cancellation anytime results in a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is within two weeks of arrival full payment will only be refunded if the cottage is re-rented for each of the reserved nights.
• Daily cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
• Check-in after 3pm.
• Check-out before 11am (unless other arrangements have been made in advance).
• Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) are accepted.
• Two night minimum on Friday or Saturday.
• Three night minimum on all major holidays.
